Have you ever gotten sentimental over a fish? My roommate had a Green banded goby that she had in her first saltwater tank and was super attached to him. She had him for roughly 3 years before he disappeared one day out of the blue, it turns out that they don't live much longer then this so we were relieved to learn that he had most likely passed from natural causes. Do you have a sentimental fish that you are or have been attached to?

Flame hawkfish wins this for me. That little red face perched on a rock, watching every move around the tank, has more personality than fish twice its size. I love blue hippo and yellow tangs too, but the hawkfish is the one that always feels like a character rather than just a beautiful fish.
