I know that some fishes/predators are known to come with internal parasite's, which the fish more commonly come up or reach your tank with internal parasite's being
Eels
Lionfish
Groupers
But do i have to treat almost all the new fish i get? Though eel's are an exception due to them being regular in hungerstrikes, which makes it more harder to diagnose them with internal parasites
But the question, that I wanted to ask is, even if the fish is eating, should I still treat it with medicine? Just to be on the safer side? And what are the other types of fish which are more common in getting internal parasites?
