This is not a bashing thread, there are just no reviews on these guys so I thought I’d be the first. Ordered about 40 frags and communication was good throughout. However, the quality of the corals was lacking. Of the 40 corals, I would say that around 30 were either completely bleached, or had significant tissue damage. They have been understanding so far, and I will update once everything gets sorted out. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the coral, and so I have faith they will make it right.

Hi Jim,
Appreciate your posting.
#1, we are here to support you and your order. It's no fun to get 40 corals (even if at about $10 per piece) and have them bleach.
This is VERY rare to get 40 corals and have such a large quantity bleaching. All the corals are grown in our coral farm so we know that livestock was in good shape when the order left.
It points towards shipment issue (probably temperature related) which we cannot really track. We have requested your waiting 14 days for our live arrive warranty and will look to shipping anything that didn't arrive and stay in good condition.
Our communications have been good and appreciated. Photos that you are posting are very important. Could you please send us a front tank photo as a reference of your tank.
Thank you!

Jim, for reference, a picture of the exact order before it went out. $399.98 (40 corals for $10 per coral) which includes free shipping, bagging, cleaning and boxing with heat pack. Everything looks healthy.

I agree those look healthy and something must have gone wrong with shipping. I can only speak for what I received.

Hi Jim,
Understood. We want to establish 3 points of delivery. What we send out, shipment issues, what is received.
We 100% stand behind our corals and our customers.
Appreciate if you can please send us a front tank shot of your photo directly by email so we have a reference point for your tank.
Thank you!
