I was looking at the two sites today and noticed every fish from the wyswyg section is exactly the same i mean exactly. The prices are slightly different but the size is the same and everything. Has anyone ever heard about they being the same company?

They use the same wholesaler.

Wouldn't they have already bought the fish from the wholesalers before they are taking pictures to put on their site. Just seems weird that they are the exact same pictures. I also just found some of the same coral with the exact same pictures in the wyswyg section.

Here is how it works:
Multiple vendors that sell online have access to the same WYSIWYG stock from the wholesaler. So they list the item and picture that is provided by the wholesaler. So you will actually get the item that is WYSIWYG, it just ships directly from the wholesaler instead of the vendors store.

Nope, we are not the same company nor linked in any way other than that we use one of the same wholesalers.
