SCIENTIFIC NAME - Chellodipterus quinquelineatus

COMMON NAME - Fivelined Cardinalfish

SIZE - 4.7" (12 cm)

MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE - 30 US Gal. (114 L)

FOODS AND FEEDING - Small chopped marine fare, live baby guppies, grass shrimp, and frozen brine shrimp, frozen preparations for carnivores.

REEF COMPATIBILITY - Will eat small snails, crabs, shrimps, and fish

CAPTIVE CARE - Keep only one per tank, introduce after more passive tank mates are acclimated, will feed day and night, spends most of its time in the open, provide hiding places, younger fish will spend time in the tentacles of sea anemones, or long spine urchins, keep only with fish its own size or larger and with passive tank mates.
