Fixing a protein skimmer

I’ve had a used Reef Octopus 110INT protein skimmer for almost 2 years and have run without any issues. All of a sudden it has stopped creating foam and only has very small amount of bubbling. There have been no other changes to the tank or billed over the past several months. I checked the airline and it is clear. The pump is working; is there a way to tell if there is a problem with the pump or another issue?

and also check the venturi inlet....poke a needle thru it to make sure its clear....

Probably just needs a thorough cleaning

Best way to clean a venturi is with a drill bit the same size as the hole.
Twist it between your fingers until the hole is clear.

Back in the day I used to put the air inlet hose in very hot water once a week. I haven't tried it with my INT 150 yet.
