Flashers wrasse and yellow watchman aggression

My flashers wrasse keeps flashing my smaller yellow watchman goby during feeding time and chase him? No nipping but this does concern me

Yes I’ve been over feeding recently to get some algae in the tank for my inverts. like today i fed them twice a blend of Lrs reef frenzy hikari omega enriched brine hikari mysis and Reef nutriton ROE and he ate some and there was plenty of leftovers for him to eat if he really was that hungry it’s weird because he’s never shown any aggression to my other fish which include mandarin dragonette, two clowns, two bangaii cardinals, and a royal gramma and the dragonette is actually smaller than the goby and the wrasse has never picked at him so I am confused
