Hi all

Any ideas as to why this scolymia in my friend's tank is so flat looking. It never has a round fluffy edge... Is it the rock? How can it be fixed or is it genetic?

Thanks!

Not a great pic. First, are you 100% sure it’s a scoly? If it is, then there is likely a flow, lighting, or water quality problem. Need more information and better pics.
