Flat worm ID?

I found a few of these guys near/on my monti. It’s a new-ish frag that was dipped. I’m assuming these guys were eggs when it came in. They are like 1/5th the size of a grain of rice.

Based on the three lobes at the posterior end, I'd say a Convolutriloba species (A.K.A. Red Planaria); not something you want in your tank.
