If it is a flatworm when I dip what should I do after?Possibly
It’s hard to tell by the image
Dip it and see what comes out
If it’s those red ones that are not harmful, just irritates the corals. If it is a flatworm when I dip what should I do after?
Yes, but was the process a nightmare? The warnings in the instructions sounds worse than the problem? Did you have to do a 30% water change? Run multiple carbon filters? If it’s those red ones that are not harmful, just irritates the corals.
So in that case you have few options imo
-Get a wrasse crew to keep the population at bay in your tank
-Dip it every now and then to keep it relatively clean
Or go big and do a full tank treatment with flatworm exit. I heard some people experienced some mortalities when using it but I honestly dont know the real reason for that.
I treated my tank once with it, I followed all the steps and the treatment was successful and I had no deaths at all
Can't remember exactly but I did everything the manual said. I treated a nano tank so 30% is not so much.Yes, but was the process a nightmare? The warnings in the instructions sounds worse than the problem? Did you have to do a 30% water change? Run multiple carbon filters?
