These look like flatworms. I have soft corals, a plate and a RBTA in the tank. Do I need to treat these? There are fish and snails in there as well.

Thanks

Should I be worried about these? I have a dottyback in there, but it doesn't seem interested. I really don't want to do FE. I tried prazipro last night. It killed some, but there are still a lot on the glass

Looks like nerite snail eggs.
Do these move or are they stationary?

Yup that's a flatworm. I have a small population in my tank that don't seem to harm anything. You could try getting a wrasse that would eat them.
