Floppy Neon Nepthea

Hey all, this nepthea has been in the 70 gal tank for a month now but hasn’t extended since. It was doing great though, in the previous tank until i transferred it over. All other corals except a cespitularia frag are doing well, growing in fact. What should I do with it?
