Flow for 160L (42g) tank

Hey!
I need advice with circulation for my new tank, i dont know which pumps should i buy.
My tank is 100x40x40cm (39inchx16x16inch)
Im planning to make this tank lps dominant.
I'm thinking about 2x jebao sow-9 (9000l/h) or 1x jebao cross flow 120m 17500l/h - gyre style pump. Any recommendations what will work better?

Supplemental flow (total) should be in the 10-20x tank volume range.
