flow for a 90 gallon

I am looking to upgrade tanks to a 90 gallon. 48 x 24 front to back x 18 Tall.

The glass is 1/2 thick.

What would you pick for powerheads? Im open to anything.. If I go vortechs, 2 mp40's would be perfect., but if i go tunze what should I do? Or go a different route?

Corals I will have Softies, LPS, clams and anenomies. I plan to have a mag 7 or 9 for a return.
