Flow hurting fish??

I have a Fluval fx4 on a 55 gallon tank. I think the flow is way too strong because it is pushing my clowns all over the place. Is there a way to lessen the flow?

The flow is adjustable so try turning it down.

I have swam fish to their death with too much flow. They need a place where they can rest, and if they are always fighting the current then yes, you have too much flow.
