Flow on hammer and frogspawn

Hello,

Does my flow look OK or is it too high? Please see video. I've just done a water change so they're not out fully.

looks a bit too direct on the piece up front. rear coral looks perfect.

Agreed with TX above, that guy up front needs more protection, or the flow changed a bit.
