hello everyone, looking for some input on my flow. trying to do a zoa/paly tank . the tank is a 20 gallon long and the total water volume is 14 gallons. 2 gallons in the sump and 12 gallons in the tank. my return is rated at 185 gph and the wave maker is is running at about 400 gph. i can adjust it from 132 to 1056 gph. not sure what kind of numbers i should be aiming for. thanks for any input.

You want flow to be moderate , not blasting corals around.
