Flower nem trouble

I've had this flower men for a while but it has moved a few times recently and today it looks bad is it on its way out? Tried to feed it it didn't eat though so don't mind the shrimp piece

That actually doesnt look bad. I would not feed for a few days and just let it find its spot and heal.
