Flowerpot & Blastomussa Par?

I just got a flowerpot coral and blastomussa. I'll post pictures after I put them in the tank. Anyone have some light settings? Maybe some par levels.

Lower light (not in the shade) with Low flow for the blasto. The flowerpot can handle high flow and will adjust to whatever you put it in. The higher the flow you go the less it'll extend out that's all. I don't have par levels but for some sort of reference, my red flowerpot is in my 220g SPS tank sitting on the sand bed 30in below my 60" six bulb ATI Sunpower.

Should add it's not in the center of the tank it's off to the very edge of the fixture where the par is at its lowest.
