Happy thanksgiving, thanks for taking the time to read! So I got this coral at aquashella, I believe the guy said it came straight from Indonesia, he gave me a discount at $75. It’s grown some new heads and I was wondering what type of flowerpot is it? Is it rare like the guy said?

Hello, I bought a goniopora 4 days ago and am wondering what type it is.
Does anyone know if it's normal that he isn't extending fully yet? (he is extending about 5cm i think)
Maybe i should place it in the sandbed, now it has medium lighting and indirect flow from 2 sides.
The picture isn't good but i can't get any better, it looks redish/pinkish.
