I am on day 3 of a Reef Flux treatment in my 200 gallon system. I used the dose on the bottle (20 capsules worth). I have bryopsis and derbesia (GHA). The bryopsis is almost totally dead but the GHA looks unaffected so far. All my corals and fish look awesome (actually better than ever). The instructions for Reef Flux say to start skimming again after 3 days but to not add carbon or do a water change for 2 to 3 weeks. If I want to try and kill the GHA should I not start skimming again and let it ride? What actually dictates how long the fluconazole works? Is it how long the skimmer is not skimming or how long you go before a water change?
