I have dosed 200mg fluconazole in my 13.5 gal fluval evo 10 days ago. I am not seeing much results so far. The only thing i did that may have interfered with it was cleaning the filter sponge. When do results usually start to appear?

In 2 weeks, all the funk should be gone...
Either you messed up with the dosing, or your stash was bunk.

Most people that have dosed fluconazole have seen bryopsis begin to wane in the first 24-48 hours after initial dose. In the next 3-7 days it begins to change color and break apart. During the next 8-14 days it begins to finally recede or die off altogether.
I haven't seen any one have issues with alk at different levels on the main threads but yours is higher than recommended levels. Again not sure if it has anything to do with the treatment.
What type of sponge filter do you have and are you running activated carbon.
It's hard to tell from the photos but are you sure it's bryopsis that you are treating for?

I am running a normal sponge filter and have removed my carbon and turned off my skimmer. It seems like a mix of bryopsis and gha.

Didn't notice any CUC; couple of Astrea snails would help
