Yeah my tank is funded by completely by me and me being to young to have a job tightens the budget alot

I like what you’re doing there! I’ve got a modded 13.5 EVO myself :) 1 year in… I will say FROM EXPERIENCE twice in this thing though, you should’ve waited on the bubble tip at least another 6 months… also, ditch that nasty fluval foam block… those are an ammonia breeding ground. The skimmer is useless in a tank this small. Weekly water changes of 10-15% will take care of what a skimmer does on a tank this size… I recommend ditching the skimmer, too, getting an InTank media basket for the first chamber and converting the second into a micro fuge. These little upgrades will work wonders if you’re going reef

It’s a hygger nano wave maker. I’ve got it in on the opposite side of the tank blowing back towards the return

I'm trying out this light from Amazon. It is a different light spectrum than the Acke light with more whites.

fits perfectly in chamber 2 for a fuge light with either a ATS or a Chaeto fuge
