Hello does anyone know if a rainbow Bubble Tip Anemone will survive under the stock light? Or upgrading my light would be better? Which I know it would but just curious to know what ppl think.

According to this thread, the stock light produces a par of 200 at 4" below the surface, so if your rock work goes up high then it should be workable.
