Fluval evo remove plastic baffles

Has anyone removed the plastic baffles from a fluval evo tank to make it all glass. I can't see that thin piece of plastic being structural but thought i would as first.

Has anyone removed the plastic baffles from a fluval evo tank to make it all glass. I can't see that thin piece of plastic being structural but thought i would as first.

I haven't heard of anyone doing that as it would seem easier to just buy a $10 glass tank.
