I'm going to order a InTank media basket whenever I get my tank running. I want to put chemipure elite, purigen, and the little bio-balls in it, also filter floss of course. Does that sound right? Also am I supposed to add that stuff after I cycle my tank or do I do it while I'm cycling?

I wouldn't add chemipure or purigen during cycle, or even at all. They are marketed to absorb ammonia which can interfere with the cycle, as well as nitrate and phosphate which can lead to deficiency once your system is operational. Corals need nitrates and phosphates. I wouldn't use either of these products unless you run into a situation where nutrients are in extreme excess and you have no natural/softer way to control them. Add some activated carbon if you like.

Isn't chemipure activated carbon though?
