Fluval Nano Sea lighting schedule reccomendation

Just set up a 20 gallon mixed reef (coral and fish) all in one JBJ aquarium. Trying to figure our lighting schedule. Pls, send recommendations and screenshots of yours. Have absolutely no idea what to have. Want to most importantly maximize growth and have some time before the light goes off at night to see neon-colored corals under blue light.

Light was Fluval Nano Sea Marine

Fluval leds are very weak (0.5 watts). Even with a shallow tank you can run the blue channel as high as you want, then run the white at about half that level.
