Fluval skimmer level

Hey all new to the hobby and just set up my first tank! Installing a skimmer in my evo13.5 and I just went with the Fluval ps2 skimmer and would like someone who knows what there doing to tell me if it’s set up right I’ll attach a video below. the water level is very slowly rising in the chamber which I know is too wet but most of that is from me messing with the water intake. Feel free to ask more questions if needed (the second video is from tweaking it just a tad more)

Yes, it looks set up exactly right to me, the foam should be going up the neck just like that, congrats!
