Flying Mushroom Coral

So, here I was going to separate my mushroom coral that split. Grabbed my bone cutters, put a towel down, and cut the plug. All of a sudden the plug splits in two, each in their own majestic arc. It was beautiful. Then..... half got lost in my room, I tore up my room, and now I know that a mushroom can survive at least an hour and a half out of water.
