I bet that costs a small fortune to make... once every 5 years!

I have always been afraid to use frozen stuff to make my own food as I didn't think you could dethaw and refreeze stuff without harming it.

Dace, I thought you were just kidding and all that stuff was because you like homemade susi! Where do you find those large packs of cyclopeze and nori? Is the nori from a local market? Your mix looks wonderful and very easy to feed. How much of each packet do you feed at one time?

Debbie
i got it from premium aquatics (cyclopeze)
China Town (nori) Market place in NY.
I mixed everything together and feed twice a day about a half dollar portions

I take very careful steps to try and clean everything in there with ro water, many times, I pack everything after i make it and freeze it immediately, I make each packed sheet thin enough to just break easily so theres absolutely no thawing on the whole pack. i take out of freezer, break a piece off, then pack goes right back in freezer and i thaw the piece i broke in tank water and in the tank it goes. No harming the food.

How do you chop up the bigger ingredients? The only thing that I can think to use is a food proccessor, my wife would probably make me buy her a new one. Do you have a ration of ingredients?

WOW thats a lot of food. If it works so great you should consider marketing it. Rods Food sells well, so should yours.
Let me know what a bag of it cost, you are near by so shipping shouldnt be too bad.
