Is there any food that can be broadcast fed that would benefit soft corals? From what I've read reef roids would not be a good food for soft corals.

its not really necessary for them, just keep phosphates and nitrates up and you should be fine. Reef chili as mentioned would work to keep nutrients up as well though so it wouldnt hurt to add if your nutrients are too low. If they are already high it will just cause more issues. Just good to know these levels before you change anything or overfeed

I'm still not convinced any "coral food" does anything unless you're target feeding mysis to LPS corals. But I also don't think it's necessary to feed soft corals. They all grow very quickly.

I guess it depends on what soft corals you have, I have GSP, firework clove, soft Kenya tree., Various mushroom.
I feed some of my mushroom reef roids, my sunflower coral mysis through a syringe, I just assume my sps gets floating leftovers but I don't feed directly

I have nepthea, stereo nepthea, capnella, few sarcophyton. gorgonians, zoas and an OG bounce. Light and fish are my sources for nutrients. Mayb if I did more
Frequent water changes. Lol. I’d feed. Speaking of I need one this week.

I do not add food specifically for my soft corals.
Haven't for several decades.
Water changes and good light is all they really need.
I do broadcast frozen food for the fish. They may benefit from that, but I do this for the fish
