Forest fire nem extends when white lights are on.

Hi Everyone, I have a fire forest BTA. When I have my white and blue lights on, the nem extends and looks pale and doesnt have bubble tips, but when I only have the blue light on, it has a nice red color and actually has bubble tips (looks healthy). I am using the stock fluval sea 13.5 light so I can't adjust it and only have the white+blue or blue option.

The tank is 3 weeks old now. I tore down my old tank (2.5 years old) to restart. I used my old filter media, but I used new dryrock and sand. I did daily 10% water changes the first week, and now I do 10% every 3–4 days. Also been dosing seachem stability.
Nitrate - 6ppm
Nitrite - 0
Ammonia - 0
Temp - 27°C
Salinity - 1.025

All livestock have adjusted well, and my euphyllia are doing well.

In my experience, nems do tons better with mysis or brine.

Nems are funny. Yours looks healthy, watch it and see how it does. Crossing fingers and toes for you!
