Hi, I almost have my l(small) list of inhabitants complete, but forgot the name of this (I think) LPS, see picture. Does somebody recognises it?

It looks like green star polyp, a soft coral.

I don't think it's galaxia coral given the lack of a noticeable skeleton and a differing number of tentacles around the polyps (which don't have that mouth-type formation from the picture).

GSP, or Green star polyps as posted above. A soft coral, and what many would consider a weed.

I tore my biocube down and nuked the rock due to GSP.

Funny, we now have different opinions. Looking at pictures from both suggested answered, I'm inclined to think it's the green star polyp ... but how to be sure?

Is there a soft mat that it's growing on, or a skeleton?

Pretty sure its a pipe organ coral. Green star polyps Ive never seen in that shade of green and also gsp has purple stems and mat.
