Found this shrimp in sargassum

My other sargassum shrimp are light amber to yellow to orange (6 in all). This one has molted twice in 6 wks and remains very dark brown w/ botched of chalky white. The one characteristic to the others is the double bullseye pattern on its side. Any thoughts?

+1 to this - Female Leander tenuicornis (differentiated from males by the ocelli - the spots on the side there - and by a taller and wider rostrum; not all females have the ocelli, but males reportedly never have them; male rostrums are shorter and leaner):
