Fox face has parasites.

Im pretty sure my fox face has some kind of parasite worm. About a week and half ago I noticed he was looking skinny and his lateral line has a very distinct line going down his back. I dosed the tank with prazi for 7 days. Fed the frozen food with metroplex as well problem is he dont really touch the frozen food much sticks to the nori. I came home today and find him dragging around long stringy poop. Is there some way I can medicate the nori or any other suggestions to help?
