Foxface Damage. Aggression/Sting/Disease?

He is the biggest fish in there, by nearly double. Damage appears to be divets. It happened overnight... Does anyone recognize this type of damage?

I wish I could get better pictures... maybe time to invest in a decent camera.

That second picture, is that a false cleaner wrasse? If so that could be the culprit.

Yes... he has been extra sprightly as of late
But the foxface is seriously, like, 20x the size of the cleaner wrasse
