Foxface has a big yellow spot on his tail?

Foxface has had this big yellow circle spot on the bottom left of his tail it doesn't change at all and it's happened randomly
any ideas on what it could be

How long have you had the fish, and when did you first notice the spot?

almost a year old, i changed the aqarium lights to white and he got really scared, then i changed them back and he's had it since
He might have injured his tail and this is residual coloration after it healed. Honestly, it doesn't look like anything to worry about.

Tough to see really, but if there are no other changes in its behavior, I wouldn't worry about it.

Tough to see really, but if there are no other changes in its behavior, I wouldn't worry about it.

Ive seen this more than once especially on bi-color rabbitfish and agree what the heck all, nothing to worry about. This is not disease or stress related likely
