Why is it that the FoxFace Lo is considered an easy fish to keep? I am asking this question, because I have ordered several over the years. None have arrived alive. I recently ordered a Purple Tang, two Royal grammas, and a FoxFace. No surprise. The Purple tang alive and thriving. The Royal Grammas, a little dazed, but after an hour in my tank, they are doing great. The FoxFace, Dead on arrival. All were ordered from "liveAquaria". In the past I have ordered from other vendors, but all with the same outcome. I really like the looks of the FoxFace, I would love to have one. But none have made it to me alive.

Do you live somewhere remote?? Never had a FF die in transit. Reefbeauties has a great DOA policy and they guarantee 15 days of health for all fish minus "expert" labeled fish

I live just outside Philly pa. Not remote. but I have never had one make it here alive. Don't really know why.

Hey
If they are arriving dead maybe it’s the shipment that’s the issue?
I have to second @littlefoxx with reefbeauties, I ordered my fox face from them and no issues at all

I will have to look at "reefbeauties". Where are you located.. Ie from their facilities? I think they (reefbeauties) are in CA. I am near Philly PA. So they would have to go across the country.

They are in cali, I believe they have a quick turn around time and get it from great sourced wholesalers as my survival rate with fish I get from them are very very high
They do overnight shipping and will get it to you in a day
I live in VA and they turn it around quick
