My foxface hat 3 large white spots that almost appear as wounds. I do not believe it is ich as these spots are much larger. My only possible guess could be getting tail swiped by my Achilles tang? Has anyone seen anything like this? Will it go away or should I get him out of the tank. just re-ran tests besides trace 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 5 nitrate .... as for other fish in the tank (All healthy) they are all much smaller besides the Achilles who is roughly the same size (5 inches) in a 200 gallon tank. here is a picture of the spots they are ONLY on the one side. THANK YOU!!!

It's probably just excess mucous forming around cuts/abrasions. Have you seen the Achilles go after him?

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
