Foxface sting to other fish

I picked up a nice One Spot Foxface last night from a fellow reefer. It's about 4" and healthy. Once I got it in my 180g the Tomini and Powder Brown started getting on it pretty hard, especially the Tomini. I almost had to get the Foxface out but he found a good hiding spot and avoided the 2. I did notice a few white blotches on the Tomini after the tussle.
This morning I got my acclimation box ready in case I needed to separate but the Tomini all but stopped and the Powder Brn starting to lose interest as well. I did notice some darker purple blotches on the PBT. Fed them a few minutes ago with a mix of frozen and the Foxface was fully out eating with all the other fish with no incident.
Is it safe to assume that they both got a few good stings from the Foxface and learned their lesson? Also can these stings cause damage that may affect the health of the fish?

Often this occurs temporarily but please post pics of fish stung under white light intensity to assure they are stings and to assess severity

The stings mainly just cause pain. If there was to be any damage it would be immediate though if there are wounds then of course infection is possible.

I suppose it's possible, but from everything I've read, infection from the puncture would be more likely to cause death than the actual sting.
