When I first got into the hobby I quickly noticed the prevalence of DIY frag racks. Most racks
I've come across are generally elevated by using PVC couplings drilled with holes and secured
with zip ties to the underside of the egg crate.

The problem I encountered using this method was the accumulation of detritus and other debris in the center of the PVC couplings.

To solve this issue I switched to these 35 mm net pots used in hydroponics. They have multiple holes for sliding zip ties
through making attachment a snap; they're supportive, and detritus can be swept away rather than being trapped.
