Thats the skimmer, but used and filled with skimmate. Has the "airline mod" to make it quiet and perform better.

Do you by chance know what water level/height it needs to be in for it to work correctly? If not no biggie I’ll google it.

i have one and i have water level at second hole under knob works perfect.
