Frag Tank Help

So I have an MP10 and the return on my 30 gallon frag tank. I have seen a small layer of slime at the top of the tank. Do I need to add another powerhead? If so what size would you think??

Not sure if your set up. But some top water movement aimed at my overflow intake helps rid that film. I just adjust my what i have to get the top ripples toward the overflow.
