Frag tank lighting

I have a odd shaped frag rack that Im needing help lighting. Please give me suggestions.
The dimensions are 6" wide x 28" long x 10" deep. What light can I use for minimal light spillage

I'd like to go led but a dual 24" t5 would also fit the bill.

It will be sps frags

I've been reading a ton on these units, and this is what I'm going with on a future 180, and they also sell a smaller 22" units that might work very well on a SPS frag thank.

Thanks. Those do look nice but alitle wide for my app. Bml is suppose to be coming out with a multi channel that might be perfect. But I might go one coral+ t5 and one row of rapid led actinic strips
