Frag tank powerheads

I'm starting to plan a new build. 48x24x10 frag tank. I'm looking for PH suggestions. I've had good luck with jebao and I'm leaning towards two pp4's. I will have two returns from the sump as well. The depth of the tank is what concerns me

You could do their cross flow pump (the gyre style)

I thought about that or the icecap gyre but I'm afraid it will be too much in such a shallow tank
