Fragging Galaxea??

I pick up a galaxea yesterday and am thinking about fragging it into 3 or 4 pieces. im not real big on fragging yet because ive only been doing it for like a week:nerd:....ive seen many different ways to do it just wanted to get the best opinions on whats the best way to do it.

It could heat up the coral so you may have to stop cutting and dip it back into some water to cool it back down. It depends on how big of a cut you need to make.

would a flathead screw driver and a small hammer work to like break the rock into pieces?

Diamond bandsaw with saltwater irrigation would be the cleanest and most controlled method of fragging. Flathead screwdriver and hammer would work too, just less controlled. I have fragged a galaxea by accidentally dropping it on the floor. Crude, yet effective.

im gonna try the screwdriver option tomorrow since i dont have access to a band saw. wish me luck lol
