So for the past couple of days I have been contemplating on fragging my shroom I have asked multiple people on the best way to do it some have said slice thru the mouth with razor/saw or as long as you cut a piece of foot/flesh. So my idea is to literally just slice a piece of foot off or rubber band a piece of the foot and let it split off on its own since that's basically what they do naturally when they "drop the foot". Any input will be appreciated

I cut mine (razor) like a pizza pie with 6 slices last week. It worked beautifully. One frag was in a too low flow spot I think and began to get some brown mucus around it. I dipped it in a metronidazole dip and placed it in a higher flow spot and it recovered nicely. So far all 6 are healthy and bouncy looking.

Here is the victim I want to get at most 3-4 frags I will keep 1 or 2 then a buddy will baby sit 1 under T5 see the effects and hope to sell 1

I razor blade mine thru the mouth ,because it de attached off frag plug, but personally know people that rubber band and it much safer this way.

@zoasaholic can you tag those people if possible i want to know if they rubber band thru the mouth our just a piece of foot thru the bottom

I used a razor blade through the mouth and then a saw for the rock base
Hobe Sound frags did it for me actually. Worked wonderfully

Im down in TX i know one guy that has done it but im paranoid lol @Clayalaleona you only cut it once right not multiple frags? think i saw it on FB not sure

So I decided i will cut it in the next month once I can get my hands on a saw will only cut it in half wait a month then cut those in half. I will up load pictures before and after and a Video wish me luck.

I wouldn't use a saw, it has the potential to rip up the tissue. Get a new razor blade or an X-Acto knife and cut with one steady motion right through the mouth. It's as easy as that...

Buddy of mine that has cut these before will be helping me I feel confident in his skills keep yall updated.
Here's a quick pix I'll get one fully extended next
