I just wanted to shout out Brandon at @FraghouseCorals . I bought 4 acros from him a couple weeks ago and FedEx delayed my package and I had to go pick up at facility next day. One acro was white and another was losing its flesh. It wasn’t Brandon’s fault at all. Matter of fact the shipping box and and stuff was great condition. He even threw in a freebie and some other gooodies. I spoke to him about the issue I was having with FedEx and he stayed in touch with me a multiple occasions. This is something he didn’t have to do but he did. After fighting with FedEx over the past couple weeks, my claims got denied even though I had two customer services people saying nothing was wrong with my address or weather. Brandon checked in again today and told me he was going to give me a gift card because of the trouble I had dealt with. Again this is his living and he didn’t have to do that. And on top of that, the gift card was for the price of my whole first order. Amazing company and better yet, amazing customer service. I really appreciate everything he has done and it’s nice to see people that truly care in this world. Thanks Brandon

That's pretty awesome. Every company is a good company until something goes wrong. That's when you find out who you're actually doing business with.
