Free to a good home - unknown species

She wont eat in our tank and we really aren't sure why she wont. Weve tried everything from squid to krill to putting live food in and she wont make the effort for any of it. Shes never gotten aggressive with any of our fish, until last night when (we think, because hes never gone missing before) she grabbed my twin spot goby. He was the second fish we ever got, and my fiancee's favorite. I've never shipped anything live, so if anyone can tell me how to do that as well that would be appreciated. I'll even pay for shipping. As long as she goes to a good place, preferably set up for mantis.

Right now shes floating in the tank. I feel bad taking her back to the LFS because no one wanted her there. I know for a fact it's a female, but I dont know what type it is
