Does anybody on here know if fresh live rock can be treated for parasites in the same way fish can through the tank transfer method as I can't figure a way to add fresh live rock to a tank without introducing parasites I was hoping that maybe somebody had some insight on this

Okay so exactly how would that work can't set up a quarantine tank with copper copper will soak into the Rock and Leach out into the tank what other types of things can be used in the quarantine tank to rid it of pests or hitchhikers of any sorts other than maybe thinking the tank transfer method this is the question I'm looking for is there something to soak the rocks in in this quarantine tank

No need for copper if fishless.
